Surfing in Sagres
Located at the south-western tip of Europe, Sagres is one of the most consistent surf destinations in Portugal.
What makes this region special is its unique geography. Within a short drive you can access both the wild Atlantic west coast and the more sheltered south coast.
One of the most iconic places overlooking this powerful stretch of ocean is Cape St. Vincent — famous for its dramatic cliffs and incredible sunsets.

Cordoama Beach
Praia da Cordoama is one of the most beautiful surf beaches in the Algarve. With its long sandy beach and multiple peaks, it works in a wide range of conditions and offers space for both beginners and experienced surfers.
From June to October, our surf school operates directly on the beach, making it easy to rent equipment and go surfing immediately.

Praia do Tonel is located just below the Sagres fortress and is one of the most iconic surf spots in town. It can produce powerful Atlantic waves and is usually best suited for intermediate and advanced surfers.

Summer
June – September
